The service

SellSnap AI provides tools for product sellers, including product funnels, checkout experiences, Store Links, offers, orders, reviews, communications, integrations and analytics. Features, limits and availability may vary by plan and may change as we improve the service.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring that account information is accurate. You must use the service lawfully and must not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorised access to the service.

You may not use SellSnap AI to sell unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful products or content. You are responsible for the products, prices, claims, marketing materials, customer communications, policies, taxes, refunds, fulfilment and legal compliance of your business.

Your content and customer data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to upload or process any content, customer information, reviews, images, product details or other data through SellSnap AI.

Plans, trials and payments

Free trials, paid plans, usage limits, commissions and AI credits are described on our pricing page or in the product at the time of purchase. Paid subscriptions and related charges are subject to the payment terms shown at checkout. You may change or cancel a plan according to the options available in your account, subject to any applicable billing period.

Third-party services

SellSnap AI may enable integrations with third-party providers such as payment, shipping, advertising, analytics, email and messaging services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or the results of information you choose to share with them.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular sales result, conversion rate, advertising performance, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, SellSnap AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
